Unsatisfactory Sample Reviews

• This employee’s performance is unsatisfactory. This employee has not produced the quality and/and quantity of work that is expected of this position.  Unfortunately, work results do not meet the minimum requirements established for this position.  Discussions about this poor performance have been held on mm/dd/yyyy, mm/dd/yyyy and mm/dd/yyyy.

  This employee has repeatedly demonstrated little contribution to our organizational goals.  They have failed to meet all objectives for this year.  Poor work habits have contributed to missed deadlines, frustration within the work group and lower productivitity scores for the work team. 

  This employee has failed to improve work performance despite the discussions mentioned above and constant coaching throughout the year.
